Important information for our JK students

The staff of St. Patrick’s is very excited to be welcoming our school community back on September 5.  

Our year 1 kindergarten students - JKs will have a staggered start that will look like this:

Tuesday September 5                

Year 1 students whose last name begins with the letters A to L will come to school (Last names beginning with M - Z will stay home) 

Wednesday September 6 

Year 1 students whose last name begins with the letters M to Z will come to school (Last names beginning with A - L will stay home)

Thursday September 7 & Friday September 8             

 All Year 1 students will come to school from this day forward.

​**PLEASE NOTE​**​

All year 2 students - SKs - will come every day starting Tuesday September 5th.​ They do not have a staggered start.**​

Our kindergarten students can be dropped off in the courtyard area at the side of the school where kindergarten staff will be waiting to welcome and greet them.    School starts at 8:45 am (the earliest students can be dropped off is 8:30 am as that is when there is supervision on the school yard) and the day ends at 3:15 pm.

Dismissal on day 1, and moving forward, will be:  

Walkers - students will be dismissed from their classroom doors leading to the courtyard

Buser's - students will be dismissed from inside to the appropriate bus line

If your child is normally scheduled to take a bus home but will not be doing so on the first day (or any day after) please make sure the school knows by calling the office (or emailing the teacher) so we do not put them on their bus.
